Edit your organization’s branding

Set your public name and logo, preview your documents and save your branding.

Written by Joan Fornés Rayó

Set the name and images your organization uses on invoices, emails and appointment reminders.

Before you start

  • You need access to Settings → Branding for the correct organization.

  • Prepare your full logo and, optionally, a logo icon. PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG files must be smaller than 2 MB.

  • Branding controls the visible identity. Legal details and numbering belong to Invoice Settings.

1. Open the branding editor

  1. Open Brelio, select your organization and go to Settings → Branding.

  2. Select Edit branding.

2. Set your name and images

  1. Choose Default language and enter your Public name (up to 80 characters).

  2. Under Logo icon, select Upload. Use a square image with enough inner padding for circular spaces.

  3. Under Logo, select Upload and choose your complete logo. A minimum height of 160 px is recommended.

  4. Use Change or Remove image to replace or remove an existing image.

3. Preview and save

Review Invoices, Emails and Reminders. Check that your full logo is readable and has enough space around it. A reminder preview does not enable delivery: reminder settings and available contact details control sending.

Select Save changes. Check for Branding saved, then return to the overview and confirm your public name and images.

Troubleshooting

  • The image will not upload: check its format and the 2 MB limit.

  • The save button is disabled: make a change first; check the public name length if the form reports an error.

  • You have unsaved changes: choose Keep editing, Save and leave or Leave without saving.

  • The invoice still has the old legal details: update those in Invoice Settings, separately from the public name.
